A few weeks ago we decided to have our aging driveway fixed. We asked for a proposal and estimate from Charles Lane, President and CEO of Lane Paving & Sealcoating. Within a week we had a proposal to fix the drainage that was causing serious ice dams and to repair the entire driveway. All the work was done while we were on vacation and was done on-time and at or above spec. We felt the estimate was very reasonable. Our driveway was a real challenge and we couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you Charles and staff.

We have had the recent pleasure of doing business with Charles Lane Paving and Sealcoating.  It is obvious that Charles and his crew are professionals at what they do and will go that extra yard to assure a quality finished job.     I spoke with Charles numerous times in the weeks before they arrived to answer any questions I might have had and when talking was not an option he always responded to my emails immediately.    

  He gave me locations of his other driveways to view his work; one of which was the address of my daughter's mother-in-law.  He had no idea that was the case so he did not know that I could talk one on one with her. So her comments were open and honest and impressive.  And his prices are fair and affordable.    

 After all this, I was confident to have Charles Lane Paving do our driveway. The proof is in the pudding and the drive looks awesome beautiful.  The surface handled the hard rain perfectly and it looks good enough to play marbles.  I can't wait to have him seal it next year.  

   I really didn't want to drive on it for fear that I would mark the finish. I am sure, however, that this drive will last many years to come and we could not give a high enough recommendation for Charles Lane Paving.    

 If you want the job done right and you want to feel confidence in your contractor, Charles Lane Paving and Sealcoating should be your choice.

pleased we are with the job that you did on our driveway and patio. You and your crew were very courteous and
your price was very fair. There were
several areas that needed extra attention because of flooding problems and the
condition of the old blacktop. You took
the extra care to ensure that the new layer of blacktop would adhere and grade
the entire driveway and patio so the water would drain correctly. You even went so far as to create a barrier
around the basement window wells to further prevent any water damage to the
house. All of these things were noticed
and very appreciated. We would highly

In July of 2010, I contacted Charles Lane to do work on the longest driveway I have ever owned. It was the middle of summer and my family had already established vacation plans. Getting our new home's driveway paved was of the utmost importance! Keeping in mind Charles' busy schedule, I shared my concerns. Hello Charles, I want to thank you! Our 26 year old driveway was a disaster. It had sunken areas, fluid blotches, drainage problems, cracks and I thought we were going to have to tear it all out and start fresh. I was afraid of the expense. You came in with a whole set of solutions. We did not have to tear it out and run into a lot of unnecessary expense. The edges are nicely finished, filled in voids, you matched up to existing landscaping and walls and it looks nice. Your men took pride in what they were doing and did a nice job.
